Dr. Andrew McBain graduated Cum Laude with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 1982 from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. Upon graduation from Palmer College, Dr.McBain joined Curtis Chiropractic Center of Englishtown NJ, where he acquired valuable practical experience treating patients for two years. In 1984, he united with Chiropractic Health Care Associates of Ridgefield, NJ and immediately developed an extensive patient base which evolved into an independent private practice beginning in 1987. Dr.McBain also earned the designation of Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician from New York Chiropractic College in 1991.

Licensed to practice Chiropractic in New Jersey and New York, Dr. McBain is a resourceful member within the Chiropractic and Ridgefield communities alike. He was named a distinguished Diplomat of the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners. Dr.McBain continued to expand his sports certification by completing the Diplomat program in 1998. This degree has been awarded to less than 100 chiropractors in the world. Dr.McBain has had a research paper published in the Journal of Sports Chiropractic and Rehabilitation in 1998 titled Marfan's Syndrome:An Unusual Case of Neck, Shoulder, and Jaw Pain in a Former College Basketball Player. He has served as president for the Ridgefield Rotary Club and Ridgefield Manufactures Association. Dr.McBain was also previously vice president of the Palisade Park Board of Health and president of the Cliffside Park Rotary Club. Dr.McBain has recently been appointed as the Police Surgeon for the Borough of Ridgefield.
